FSG was tapped to handle a remerchandising rollout in more than 700 of Office Depot's stores. The rollout required extensive planning and scheduling and FSG's technicians had to disconnect existing electrical service from gondolas throughout our stores, and then rewire and connect electrical service to those gondolas and many more that were added in each store. FSG completed the project in a two-month time frame, and accomplished it during daylight hours, saving Office Depot money and letting them keep their stores open for business while the work was done. FSG's communications system permitted each Office Depot store manager to contact them directly when necessary.
